Insurance & Cost
Our 2 most frequently asked questions
Are you in-network with my insurance?
The #1 question our patients have is whether or not we accept their insurance. Below, you will find a list of local insurance providers that we are in-network with, and for which service (chiropractic or naturopathic).
We do not bill insurance if we are out-of-network, but are happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed with this method.

How much will my treatment cost?
Cost is a common concern. The cost to you will depend on the type of treatment you may receive and on your chosen payment method. We have done our best to be as transparent about this as possible. We believe you should be able to make an informed decision upfront.
Health Insurance: Like any reasonable person, you want to know what your out-of-pocket cost will be. Unfortunately, insurance benefits, deductibles, co-payments/co-insurance vary wildly from policy to policy. Without verifying your benefits, it would be impossible to give you an accurate estimate. But there is good news. If you would like to provide us with your insurance information, we can verify your benefits so you can make an informed decision upfront. There is no obligation for this service.
Personal Injury Protection: Personal Injury Protection covers most chiropractic care with no additional out-of-pocket expense to you.
Self-pay: Patients who pay in full at the time of service receive a 25% discount on all naturopathic and chiropractic office visits. Discounts do not apply to services that are not billable to insurance such as IV therapy, Regenerative Injections, and certain lab tests.
Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for self-pay patients who need a flexible and affordable option. Lab tests are not included in our payment plans and must be paid in full at the time of service.
